Contract Register

As required by the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPAA), LPAB maintains a Contracts Register. This register includes details of contractual engagements with third parties where the contract value exceeds $150,000.

Section 25 provides that the register must be published on the https://buy.nsw.gov.au website.  LPAB complies with that requirement.
