Our website uses an automatic service to translate our content into different languages. These translations should be used as a guide only. See our Accessibility page - external site for further information.
The Office of the LPAB is currently accessible to the public between 12 noon and 2:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays (except public holidays). For access requests at other times during business hours, please contact us in advance to make an appointment.
Documents can still be posted to the GPO Box.

If you ask us to keep your complaint private, we will do our utmost to respect that. In most instances, we will be able to do that. However, we cannot guarantee complete confidentiality, as we may need to disclose your details or details of your complaint to others which may include referring it to the Department of Communities and Justice, another more appropriate public sector agency, or as otherwise permitted by privacy legislation.
If your complaint is about another person, we will usually tell them about the complaint and give them a chance to respond.
If your complaint involves the Diploma in Law offered by the Board, some aspects of your complaint may need to be shared with the Law Extension Committee of the University of Sydney which offers the tuition for the course.
Except as outlined above, in accordance with the relevant legislation, personal information about the person making a complaint will not be disclosed to any third party without their consent, except where required or authorised by law.
