​Changes affecting Corporate and Government Lawyers

Changes come into effect on 1 July 2018 that will affect Corporate and Government Lawyers that re currently practicing with being admitted or holding a practicing certificate.  These changes are under the Legal Profession Uniform Law 2015, Section 10 makes it an offence without holding a practicing certificate.  If you are not currently admitted and holding a NSW practicing certificate you need to apply before 1 July 2018 or cease practicing until you are admitted.
