We have a helpline for JPs

Need a hand with the application?

We can help with things like:

  • signing up or logging into JP Online
  • going through the eligibility criteria
  • finding a local MP to nominate you
  • understanding what the JP Knowledge Test involves
  • uploading ID or change of name documents.

If something’s not clear or you get stuck, just reach out. We’ll talk you through it step by step.

Self service

If you have a JP Online account, you can login to apply for appointment or reappointment, update your registration details, check your JP number and expiry date, and order JP products.
