How to provide feedback or make a complaint

We welcome your feedback about our Local Court staff and services. Our Court Services Complaints and Other Feedback Policy (PDF, 200.7 KB)sets out Court Services' approach for managing complaints and other feedback.

Please use the list of court locations to contact the registry office for the court related to your feedback or complaint. The court locations list provides contact details for each court.

Our aim is to resolve a complaint within 3 weeks of receiving your email, where possible.

Courts Service Centre

The Courts Service Centre is an inbound Call Centre that operates on behalf of the NSW State Courts. Our purpose is to provide accurate information about the NSW Justice System with integrity and empathy for our community and the courts we serve.

We value all feedback about our staff and services, and encourage you provide your feedback, complaint, or suggestions for any call interactions direct through the correct channels.

Phone: Call 1300 679 272 between 8:30am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Online: Submit via the Your Feedback tool on the Local Court website homepage (right side of screen).
